Victoria Arduino was founded in 1905 by Pier Teresio Arduino, with the aim of building an espresso machine that did not compromise on quality, materials or performance. The result redefined the perimeters of modern espresso coffee machines.

The company is now based in Belforte del Chienti, Italy, and continues the tradition of Pier Teresio Arduino investing in research to offer the most advanced espresso technologies.

VA388 – ‘BLACK EAGLE’

VA388 Black Eagle is the espresso machine for those who dedicate their lives to coffee; who study, research and experiment every day to transfer a real coffee experience to the cup. This is the espresso machine for the speciality barista.

Available in Volumetric and Gravitech configurations and coupled with T3 technology controlling every aspect of temperature stability, the result is maximum precision, control and accuracy regardless of the workload or environmental condition.

Gravitech gives users a higher level of consistency and control over the brewing process with maximum precision in the cup. Brew ratio is the relationship between the weight of ground coffee and the liquid in the cup. There is no ideal brew ratio as it varies for each coffee and depends on the baristas goal, but gravimetric technology in the Black Eagle means espresso can consistently be made with the same brew ratio.

VA358 – ‘WHITE EAGLE’

With T3 technology, cool touch steam wands and a TFT display, the VA358 White Eagle is ready to respond to your every need. Built out of a desire to offer an efficient, reliable and consistent espresso machine, the White Eagle can also be fully customisable to showcase your own personality.

Need help steaming milk? You can install the Easycream system to help consistency of foam and temperature. Tall take away cups? No problem, choose to have your groups heads in the raised position to accommodate any size vessel. Don’t like stainless steel? Choose from black or white panels as standard or supply your favourite RAL colour for a personalised effect.

MYTHOS ONE

All espresso grinders are good at one thing – crushing coffee beans. Those that excel though give greater control over grind profile, consistency of dosing and unnecessary wastage. In order to control these parameters, Victoria Arduino worked alongside a team of barista champions to find out what they wanted in an espresso grinder and how they could achieve it.

The Mythos One was born out of a desire to give greater control over the consistency of coffee, both in terms of grind profile and coffee dose. By adding a controlled amount of heat to the burr chamber, the Mythos One can be brought up to operating temperature quickly and held there throughout the day to the demands of a busy cafe.

Add to this the unique Clump Crusher system which helps to provide fluffier grinds, and what you have is an incredibly accurate espresso grinder capable of providing consistent dosing and minimal wastage.

MYTHOS 2

The Mythos 2 is the next generation of espresso grinder, continuing on from the success of the Mythos One. Rather than looking to improve, the Mythos 2 has evolved to be the ideal grinder for a large range of businesses. Available in three versions – Pure, Premium and Gravi.

With 85mm titanium coated burrs, two large rear fans and Clima Pro 2.0 technology, the Mythos 2 is capable of greater productivity and service speed. Newly designed portafilter fork, 2kg hopper and touchscreen display aid the barista in their day to day usage of the Mythos 2, allowing minor adjustments for major impact.

A new variable speed inverter motor allows the barista to decide on the ideal speed from 400-1200rpm, increasing productivity, lowering energy consumption, and with the added benefit of silent operation.

The Gravitech version utilises patented technology to control the dose of ground coffee in the portafilter by its actual weight, ensuring unmatched consistency. This will help guarantee your customer an unforgettable espresso every time.
