SHIPPING & RETURNS

CLICK & COLLECT (Adelaide Only):

Click & Collect orders can be collected from Rio Coffee, 22 Nelson Street, Stepney, Adelaide, SA, 5069.

Orders will be ready the next business day after your purchase has been made.

Orders can be collected between 9am and 4pm, Monday to Friday.

SHIPPING TIMES:

Products are shipped using standard domestic shipping via Australia Post, or by one of our Rio Coffee drivers depending on your location and the size of your order.

Products will take between 2 to 7 days for delivery, depending on your location.

Please Note: Shipping times may be delayed due to the high demand Australia Post is experiencing at the moment.

Standard Rural South Australia:

Based on the total weight of your order:

  • up to 1kg – $10.00
  • 1kg to 2.5kg – $12.00
  • 2.5kg to 4.5kg – $18.00
  • 4.5kg to 9.5kg – $21.00
  •  9.5kg to 16kg – $24.00
  • 16kg tp 20kg – $27.00
  • Over 20kg – Order can not be placed online, please email us at info@riocoffee64.com.au.

Interstate Shipping :

Based on the total weight of your order:

  • up to 1kg – $15.00
  • 1kg to 2.5kg – $18.00
  • 2.5kg to 4.5kg – $21.00
  • 4.5kg to 9.5kg – $27.00
  •  9.5kg to 16kg – $30.00

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

Unfortunately we do not offer shipping outside of Australia.

RETURNS

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

We only accept returns if the product is deemed faulty by Rio Coffee, we do not offer exchanges.

We want you to love our products as much as we do! We have a huge amount of pride in our products and make every effort possible to insure our products are of the highest quality.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
