Did you know that we release a new Single Origin Coffee every week at Rio Coffee? Introducing ‘LIMITED RELEASE’.

This week we have Indonesia, Gunung Tilu Pura Cepa.

The name ‘Gunun Tilu’ comes from the three mountains where most of the cherries come from, a large number of batches are received daily after tasting more than 100 samples. Pura Cepa was founded as an innovative project through a controlling fermentation process, this process improves the overall quality of coffee. Indonesia ‘Gunung Tilu’ Pura Cepa offers a medium bodied coffee, with citric acidity and notes of forest fruits and poached apple.

What will be next week? Perhaps Ethiopia Guji Danse Mormora or maybe Kenya AA Kirinyaga?
